"Saved the Day During a Hospital Emergency"
"My mother had a stroke and needed to sign a power of attorney urgently before surgery. I called Notary in Tulsa at 7 PM and they were at St. Francis Hospital by 8:30 PM. The notary was incredibly professional, compassionate, and made a terrifying situation more manageable. They understood the urgency and emotional weight of the situation. Forever grateful!." - James R.

"Perfect for Homebound Seniors"
"I'm 82 and can't drive anymore. I needed to update my will and healthcare power of attorney but couldn't figure out how to get to a notary. They came to my house on a Saturday afternoon, spent time explaining everything to me, and were so patient and kind. The pricing was transparent—no surprises. This is exactly the service seniors need!." - Patricia K.

"Met Me at the Airport and Saved My Trip"
"I was flying out for an important business deal and realized I forgot to notarize a critical document. Panic mode! I called them from the airport and they met me at Tulsa International within 45 minutes. The notary was professional, fast, and understanding. They literally saved a $50K deal. I keep their number in my phone now for emergencies!." - Jennifer L.

"Real-Time Booking Made It So Easy"
"I loved that I could see their availability in real-time and book online instantly. No phone calls, no back-and-forth emails, no waiting for callbacks. I saw an opening the next morning, clicked it, and got a confirmation. They showed up exactly on time and handled my loan documents perfectly. This is how all services should work in 2025!" - David & Rachel S.

Everything you need to know about notary services, mobile notarization, and online notarization.
You must present a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID such as:
✓ Driver's License (Oklahoma or any state)
✓ U.S. Passport or Passport Card
✓ State ID Card
✓ Military ID Card
✓ Other government-issued photo identification
No Valid ID? If you don't have acceptable identification, you may provide a credible witness who personally knows you and can vouch for your identity. The credible witness must also present a valid photo ID.
Important: Photocopies, expired IDs, and non-government IDs (school IDs, work badges) are not acceptable.
No, absolutely not! Oklahoma law requires that you sign in the physical presence of the notary (for mobile service) or on video camera (for online notarization). This is a critical legal requirement.
If your documents are already signed:
✓ You'll need to cross out the existing signature
✓ Then re-sign in front of the notary
✓ This ensures the legal validity of the notarization
Why this matters: The notary must witness you signing to confirm your identity and that you're signing willingly without duress.
Great question! These are two different things:
Document Date:
✓ The effective date of your document
✓ When the document takes legal effect
✓ You choose this date
✓ The notary does NOT change this date
Notarization Date:
✓ The actual date you appear before the notary
✓ Must be the real date of the notarization
✓ Required to be accurate by Oklahoma law
✓ Cannot be pre-dated or post-dated
Example: Your Power of Attorney might be dated January 1, 2025 (document date), but you don't get it notarized until January 15, 2025 (notarization date). This is perfectly legal and normal!
Yes! We are: ✓ Licensed & Commissioned Notary Public in the State of Oklahoma.
✓ E&O Insured with $15,000 Errors & Omissions insurance
✓ Background Checked and cleared
✓ Bonded as required by Oklahoma law
✓ Continuing Education certified and up-to-date
It depends on the service type:
Mobile Service:
✓ Simple notarization: 10-15 minutes
✓ Multiple documents: 15-30 minutes
✓ Loan signing packages: 30-60 minutes
✓ Plus travel time to your location
Online Notarization (RON):
✓ Identity verification: 3-5 minutes
✓ Video session & signing: 10-15 minutes
✓ Total: 15-30 minutes from start to notarized documents
We never rush! Accuracy and completeness are more important than speed. We'll take whatever time is needed to do it right.
